Pour Decisions — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Pour Decisions club app and SMS program operated by EvoTx LLC (registered brand name: Pour Decisions; club name: The Pour Society; "we", "us"), a private members-only social club for adults 21 and over.

What we collect

Members who join a club event may provide a first name and, optionally, a mobile phone number. The phone number is collected only through the club app's opt-in web form, only together with an actively checked consent box dedicated to the SMS program and a date-of-birth entry verifying the member is 21 years of age or older. The date of birth is used only to verify age at the moment of opt-in and is not stored or transmitted. A number entered without the consent box checked and a qualifying date of birth is discarded and never stored.

How we use it

Phone numbers are used for exactly one purpose: sending the SMS program's one message type — a secure link to the recap page of a club event the member attended. No marketing, no advertising, no offers, no other message type.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with how often you attend club events — one message per event attended, typically 1–4 per month. Message and data rates may apply; we never charge for messages, and your carrier's standard rates apply.

Sharing

We never sell or share your phone number or personal information with anyone, for any reason. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Opting out and deletion

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages, or contact us to have your number deleted entirely. Reply HELP for help at any time.

Age policy

The club and its events are for adults 21 and over; club events include alcoholic beverages. Age is verified by date-of-birth entry — on the club website's entry gate and again at SMS opt-in — not by a yes/no confirmation.
