Pour Decisions
A private, members-only tasting club in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania · operated by EvoTx LLC
About
EvoTx LLC, doing business as Pour Decisions, runs a small, invitation-only social club for adults 21 and over. The club's members know it as The Pour Society. It was founded in 2026 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, by its proprietor, Aron, who hosts every tasting personally. The three names belong to one thing: EvoTx LLC is the business, Pour Decisions is its trade name and the name on the club app, and The Pour Society is what members call the room.
What we do
Hosted tasting evenings. Members gather at the proprietor's table for a flight of pours chosen for the night. Bottles are tasted blind where the host can manage it, scored on a ten-point scale, compared, and argued about loudly. Every bottle gets its night in court.
The club app. Guests join a session from their own phones, score each pour as it is served, and see the room's consensus, spreads, and rankings build in real time. The app also holds the club's catalog of bottles tasted, with the proprietor's notes and ratings.
Recap pages. After each evening, the app produces a private recap page for that session: the flight, every taster's scores, the night's commentary, and the weather at the table. Members who opted in receive a secure link to it by text.
Bottle intelligence for members. Between tastings the club tracks releases, retail availability, and street values so members know what is worth chasing and what is not.
Membership
Membership is by invitation, extended at the table. There are no dues, no products for sale, and nothing to buy on this site. Club events include adult beverages, so the club is for adults 21 and over; event pages on this site are age-gated by date-of-birth entry.
Text messages (SMS) from the club
When a guest joins a tasting in the club app, they may share a mobile number and check a consent box. If they do, the club sends, from its toll-free number, exactly one kind of informational message and nothing else:
- a secure link to the recap page of a tasting they personally attended.
No marketing, no offers, no product content, no other message type. One message per tasting attended — typically 1–4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
We never sell or share your number with anyone, for any reason. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The opt-in form, exactly as shown in the club app: SMS opt-in form and consent flow. Program terms: Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms. Data handling: Privacy Policy.
